HOW IT WORKS

Use ice cubes or an ice pack in the neck pouch of the towel.
- 1Fill: Open the neck pouch and fill it with ice cubes.
- 2Close: Close the pouch securely.
- 3Enjoy: The pouch is made of a slow-release material, so the melting ice comes through as a slow drip to keep you cool.
- 1Activate: Before first use, fully submerge the ice pack in lukewarm water, gently squeezing until the cells expand and absorb water.
- 2Freeze: Remove from water, pat dry, and place in the freezer for 48 hours for maximum cooling performance.
- 3Insert: Once frozen, slide the ice pack into the towel's designated neck pouch and securely close.
- 4Initiate: Lightly sprinkle water onto the neck portion of the towel to activate the cooling effect.

- 6Reuse: After use, simply return the ice pack to the freezer for your next cooling session.

Important: Never microwave a frozen ice pack; let it thaw first. Always follow the manufacturer's heating and safety instructions before use. Remove the heat pack immediately if it becomes too hot.
